I received my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, specializing in sociology of organizations and education. I teach and conduct research on educational and organizational stratification, educational policy and governance, and quantitative methods.


I teach graduate courses on sociology of education and organizations, and on advanced regression methods.
